The hotel was beautiful, but I stayed for 3 nights only. I truly enjoyed configuration of the a double room. It was exceptionally comfortable and had comfortable bed. The setting was perfect, really close to the restaurant, and airport. It also was in the middle of jackson. I had a really amazing stay in a long time.

The staff here was really friendly and took care of everything we asked for. They were on top of their game and made sure we had everything we needed 😊.

My wife, my kids, and I are very grateful for the unforgettable experiences and world-class services at Haile Grand. I cannot thank enough all the staff for making it an experience to remember for life. We will certainly recommend Haile Grand.

the hotel was nice with absolutely perfect location in the middle of jackson. location: the venue was so close to the restaurant as well as airport. there was a traditional restaurant nearby.

The complimentary breakfast offered a wide selection, and the attentive and accommodating staff made the experience even better.

the service is exceptional, and the spa and wellness centre will leave you feeling rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool is beautiful, and we enjoyed the live entertainment while lounging by the pool. the massage sessions were amazing, and the BBQ facilities made for a lovely dinner experience at the hotel.

This place is a trendy new hotel with well-maintained rooms, and all the staff here are friendly and supportive, which is why I enjoy staying here when I'm in town.

I had a wonderful time staying in this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and they went out of their way to help me whenever I needed it. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything being brand new and luxurious. The location was convenient, making it easy for me to get around this vibrant city. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, which made me feel comfortable and safe during my stay.

the hotel's airport shuttle was reliable and convenient, and the location was central to the city's main attractions. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served every morning in the dining area, which included a wide variety of options to choose from.

There were occasional issues with the room service food not being warm, which was the only downside to an otherwise enjoyable experience.

During the stay, the internet was down for six days, which made it difficult to do any work. Additionally, elevators were out of service for two days, making it a challenge to get around the hotel. There were issues with some of the equipment in the gym and room, which was also frustrating. Despite these issues, the hotel staff refused to reimburse me when I asked to cancel my remaining reservation.

Celebrated Christmas at a recently opened hotel and it was delightful! the staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. Location was conveniently close to popular attractions and the airport shuttle service made transportation very easy. amenities such as the gym and room service exceeded our expectations.
